পার্টনার চুক্তি / নীতি

This policy summarises how Admission Partners, Authorised Training Partners, Chhatra Seva Kendras and network coordinators work with National SkillYojana Council (NSYC).

1. Application & approval

Every partner applies online, submits the required documents and is approved only after review and verification. Approval may include a written agreement.

2. Permitted activities

Partners may carry out only the activities permitted for their model. Partners must not use NSYC or partner institution names, logos or claims beyond the permission given.

3. Fees, commission & payouts

Joining / registration fees, commission and payouts follow the current approved commercial policy. Commission is earned only on successful eligible transactions and is not a guaranteed income or fixed return.

4. Student data

Partners must keep student data confidential and use it only for admission and student services.

5. Conduct & termination

Misrepresentation, unapproved fee collection or misuse of data can lead to suspension or termination of the partnership.
