Cancellation Policy

  1. Students may request cancellation of applications or enrollments subject to applicable program rules.
  2. Cancellation requests must be submitted through official communication channels.
  3. Processing fees, registration fees, verification fees, assessment fees, certificate fees and payment gateway charges shall generally not be refundable.
  4. NSYC reserves the right to cancel admissions, certifications, authorizations, affiliations or registrations obtained through fraud, misrepresentation or violation of policies.
  5. Franchise, authorization and partnership cancellations shall be governed by applicable agreements and organizational policies.
  6. Approved cancellations shall be processed according to applicable procedures and timelines.
