1. Registration Fee
Registration fees, application fees, processing fees, franchise application fees, center authorization fees, assessment fees and certificate fees are generally non-refundable.
2. Course Fees
Refund requests may be considered only under exceptional circumstances and must be submitted in writing within 7 days of payment.
Refund approval shall be solely at the discretion of NSYC management.
3. Digital Services
Fees paid for online services, digital certificates, verification services, assessments, registrations or application processing are non-refundable.
4. Payment Gateway Charges
Payment gateway charges, transaction charges, bank charges and taxes shall not be refundable.
5. Course Cancellation by NSYC
If a course or program is cancelled by NSYC due to administrative reasons, eligible fees may be refunded after deducting applicable processing charges.
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds shall generally be processed within 15 to 30 working days through the original payment method or approved banking channel.
7. Franchise and Training Center Fees
Authorization fees, affiliation fees, franchise fees, renewal fees, branding fees and related charges are non-refundable unless specifically approved by the competent authority of NSYC.
