National SkillYojana Council (NSYC) is an institutional skill development and academic partnership ecosystem focused on expanding access to vocational training, skill-based education, training partner opportunities and institutional collaboration. Through its network of authorised training partners and programme-specific academic associations, NSYC aims to connect learners, training institutions and academic partners.

- Operated by Manju Samaj Kalyan Foundation — distinct from its university and training partners
- Authorised Training Centres, Admission Partners and Chhatra Seva Kendras deliver admissions and training
- One central ERP for admissions, fees, receipts, examinations, results and QR-verified certificates
- Role-based logins for students, centres, partners, coordinators and staff
- Every recognition and partnership is shown with its document reference and validity
National Skill Yojana Council (NSYC) is an independent skill development and employment initiative operated by Manju Samaj Kalyan Foundation, a Section 8 Company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, and supported by Manju Samaj Kalyan Trust (Est. 2018). NSYC is not a statutory authority, government department, university, regulatory council or government-established body unless specifically stated by the concerned authority.
